We went to Sarasota Jungle Gardens- it was kind of expensive for what they have to see there, but in asking the girls at the end of the week what their favorite part of vacation was, one of Ally's was seeing the "mingos" at the jungle. So here are some shots from that day! (Unfortunately there are no pictures of the alligators and crocodiles- we have video but no photos!)

There were lots of turtles - 
and they had a reptile room- yucky snakes!
Here is the snake skin from the one above- that is one big snake!
Me and the girls- yeah that is not a real giraffe- that would be kind of freaky if it was!
If you look in the background you can see the "mingos"- we were a little nervous because it is breeding season and the flamingos are very aggressive and have been known to pinch and chase after you. Todd and I were a little nervous about that. The flamingos are marked with a number we had to watch out for two specific ones that were a little more aggressive than the others.
